Bus Charter Services

We offer our customers two options:

  • Bus Charter (driver provided)
  • Bus Hire (self drive option)

Bus Charters are ideal for groups who don't want the hassle of driving and would prefer to concentrate on making the most of the day with their friends or guests.

Our charge out rates for bus charters are as follows:

  • Hourly rate of $82 per hour for any time the bus is travelling, reducing to $36 for any waiting time for the bus and driver exceeding one hour in duration. All prices include GST.

  • A standard cleaning fee of $20 per hire.

  • Minimum charge of two hours.

  • A 50% deposit is required prior to your date of travel to secure your booking.

Thats it!  Fuel charges, road user charges and the like are incorporated into the above pricing.  Please note we do not allow the consumption of alcohol on our bus.

Bus Hire Services

Another option for our customers is to hire the bus directly and to drive it themselves.  Anyone wishing to hire the bus will need to hold a minimum of a Class 2 licence ( a normal car licence is Class 1) to be able to hire the bus.  The driver must also be a minimum of 25 years old.

The charges for direct bus hire are as follows:

  • $250 including GST per day of hire
  • A "day of hire" means any consecutive 24 hour period.  For example if you picked up the bus at 7pm on 23 March, you would be able to hire the bus through till 7pm on 24 March without further charge.
  • Road user charges are included in the above price, but any fuel used on your trip is at the hirer's expense (e.g the bus is provided with a full tank and must returned with a full tank)

All hirers are protected by insurance when hiring our bus, but are subject to a $2000 excess in the event of an accident.
